Baseball Recap: Northville Takes a Loss

Northville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-1 to the Argyle Scots.

Northville saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kevin Becotte, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Northville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Argyle, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1.

Coming up, Northville will look to defend their home field on Friday against Hadley Luzerne at 2:00 p.m. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.2 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Argyle, they will welcome Whitehall at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
