Pine Ridge took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Crow Creek Chieftains. The Thorpes not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Pine Ridge's got stronger as the match went on, holding Crow Creek to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-20, 25-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pine Ridge will welcome Lakota Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Thorpes' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Crow Creek, they will challenge Colome at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
