After a string of six wins, Wesleyan Christian Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Regis Jesuit Raiders by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Trojans have suffered since February 27th.

Wesleyan Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josh Hammond, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Wesleyan Christian Academy's record now sits at 8-7. As for Regis Jesuit, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
