            West Michigan Aviation Academy extended their losing streak  to three  on Monday, dropping their season record down to 6-9 in the process. They came up short against  the Western Michigan Christian Warriors, falling  9-2. If West Michigan Aviation Academy was looking for revenge after losing  11-5 to Western Michigan Christian when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
As for Western Michigan Christian,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-5. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by seven  runs or more this season.
For Western Michigan Christian's part,  Will Liggett made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over 4.2 innings pitched. Liggett was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Caleb McKay was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  double.  Max Miller was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI and one  double.
