Hialeah won the last time they faced Goleman and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hialeah Thoroughbreds were the clear victor by a 16-1 margin over the Goleman Gators. The Thoroughbreds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by nine runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Hialeah and bumps their season record up to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Goleman, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hialeah will face off against Hialeah Gardens at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hialeah Gardens has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.29 runs per game on average), something Hialeah will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Goleman, they will venture away from home to square off against Hialeah-Miami Lakes at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hialeah-Miami Lakes knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Goleman likes a good challenge.
