Volleyball Game Preview: Gallup Bengals vs. Kirtland Central Broncos + How To Watch

For the first time this season, Gallup will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. After both having extra time off, they and the Kirtland Central Broncos will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Gallup is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Piedra Vista just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Kirtland Central entered their tilt with Rehoboth Christian on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Lynx by a score of 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-21, 24-26, 25-16.

Gallup's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Kirtland Central, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Gallup beat Kirtland Central 3-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Bengals repeat their success, or do the Broncos have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
