Volleyball Recap: Eden Christian Academy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Eden Christian Academy had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Fort Cherry Rangers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Eden Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Eden Christian Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-23.

Eden Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Bella Yurkovac, who had 15 digs and one assist. Those 15 digs set a new season-high mark for Yurkovac. Another player making a difference was Peach Oliver, who had eight digs and four aces.

Eden Christian Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 12 consecutive games dating back to last season.
