Baseball Game Preview: Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars vs. Gamble Montessori Gators

The Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars will venture away from home to face off against the Gamble Montessori Gators at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Shroder Paideia Academy's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season.

In other batting news, Carlito Houston was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with five stolen bases, one run, and one double. Shroder Paideia Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in four consecutive matches dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Gamble Montessori was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Riverview East Academy, falling 15-5.

Shroder Paideia Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Gamble Montessori, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Shroder Paideia Academy suffered a grim 16-1 defeat to Gamble Montessori when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Jaguars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
