Softball Preview: North Moore Mustangs vs. Southeast Alamance Stallions

The North Moore Mustangs will challenge the Southeast Alamance Stallions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Moore knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Southeast Alamance likes a good challenge.

Sydney Russell was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up three earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits. Russell was even better at the plate, going a perfect 5-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and one double. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in runs.

North Moore's record is now 3-0. As for Southeast Alamance, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
