Basketball Game Preview: West Clermont Wolves vs. Winton Woods Warriors

The West Clermont Wolves will face off against the Winton Woods Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. West Clermont has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 11.

On Friday, West Clermont ended up a good deal behind Anderson and lost 67-52. While the Wolves didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Raptors 13-9 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Winton Woods didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Kings on Friday, but they still walked away with a 56-51 victory. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Knights are ranked 91st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Winton Woods pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for West Clermont, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
