Meanwhile, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Cavaliers 68-32. That looming 68-32 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tigers yet this season.

Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North had a senior duo take command as Yusuf Aulakh dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 boards and Micah Germain made all 7 shots he took for 14 points. Aulakh is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Devin Thomas, who scored ten points and four steals.

Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points per game. As for Oxon Hill, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.
