 After a string of ten wins dating back to last season, Worcester Academy's good fortune finally ran out  in Saturday's  second game. They wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 10-4 walloping at the hands of the Phillips Exeter Academy Lions. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  runs Worcester Academy has scored all season.
 Worcester Academy got a good showing from  Kellan Kissane, who   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also only allowed one  walk).
 At the plate,  Cam Papetti made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with a  home run and two  RBI.
 On Phillips Exeter Academy's side,  Landon Penney was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits. Penney was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  RBI and a  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Dana Mussulman, who  went 4-for-5 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Ryan O'leary, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 Having lost for the first time this season, Worcester Academy  fell to 6-1. As for Phillips Exeter Academy, they now  have a winning record of 4-3.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Worcester Academy's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Deerfield Academy at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Phillips Exeter Academy will take on Rivers at 4:45  p.m.  on Monday.
