Mossyrock is 4-0 against Washington School for the Deaf since May of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Mossyrock's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Washington School for the Deaf has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

Even though Mossyrock has not done well against Willapa Valley recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Meanwhile, Washington School for the Deaf fought the good fight in their overtime game against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. Despite the loss, Washington School for the Deaf saw an underclassman step up: Nathan Yerkes scored 15 points along with eight steals. Yerkes is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Robinson, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and five steals.

Mossyrock's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Washington School for the Deaf, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9.
