Tymond Foxx Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Largo got the W thanks in part to  Tymond Foxx playing the best football he has all season. Foxx rushed for 301 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  punched in two or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Foxx must have Crossland's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Foxx rushed for 236 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries the last time he and the Cavaliers duked it out  back in October of 2023.

Zion Walford Sets Career High in  Rushing Yards
  Zion Walford posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He wasn't messing around, making two total tackles. The  matchup was his third straight with two or   more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 50 yards.
 Gwynn Park is  on  a  seven-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6. It'll be a Battle of the Bugs  Yellowjackets dukes it out withSurrattsville at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Donte Hagan Leads Crossland over Largo
 Sadly,  Donte Hagan posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Crossland over Largo on Friday. Hagan made seven total tackles.
 On the season,  Hagan  has averaged 2.5 total tackles per game  and for the season has 3  interceptions.

Joshua Harper Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 Sadly,  Joshua Harper posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Central over Surrattsville on Friday. Harper picked up  a  sack, forced a fumble,  and made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Castro Came Up Big in Crossland's  27-24  Defeat
 The second Crossland player making an appearance here is  Marcanthony Castro, and for good reason. He rushed for 128 yards. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 55 yards.
