Basketball Recap: Grand Ledge Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Grand Ledge came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 64-44 to the East Lansing Trojans. If the Comets were looking for revenge after losing 67-34 to the Trojans when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kelvin (KJ) Torbert, Jr. produced another solid effort going 7-for-13 to rack up 21 points and three steals for East Lansing. The game was Torbert, Jr.'s eighth in a row with at least 16 points. Kingston (KT) Thomas was another key player, shooting 58% from the field on his way to 18 points and five boards.

Grand Ledge's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-3. As for East Lansing, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
