McNairy Central had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Hardin County on Thursday. The Bobcats were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Tigers. Considering McNairy Central have won five contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Hardin County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mary Kate Austin (2), Claire Cooper, and Mylee McCullar.

The win was the fourth in a row for McNairy Central, bringing their record up to 8-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four matches. As for Hardin County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

McNairy Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hardin County, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th.
