Soccer Recap: Cairo Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Cairo's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Peach County Trojans on Tuesday. The Syrupmakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cairo now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Peach County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, Cairo will challenge Sherwood Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Peach County, they will square off against Crawford County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Peach County's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Crawford County's offense will have their work cut out for them.
