Volleyball Recap: Libby Comes Up Short

Libby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Whitefish Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15, 25-8.

Leah Rusdal paced Libby's offense, picking up four kills. Rusdal got some help from Rylee Delmas and her six assists.

Libby's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Whitefish, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 23-10-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Libby by a score of 3-0 later that day.
