Basketball Game Preview: Northwest House vs. Bear Creek Grizzlies

The Northwest House will venture away from home to challenge the Bear Creek Grizzlies at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Northwest lost to South Whidbey on the road by a 56-40 margin.

Meanwhile, Bear Creek entered their tilt with Overlake on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took down the Owls 69-54.

Bear Creek's win came from a few key players Northwest will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Max Beiber, who posted 15 points. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. Caleb Branch was another key player, going 6 of 14 on his way to 15 points.

Bear Creek pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points per game. As for Northwest, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
