Kamehameha Kapalama had already won seven in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. They came out on top against the Castle Knights by a score of 2-0.

The victory didn't come easy: Castle scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20.

Kamehameha Kapalama's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Castle, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Kamehameha Kapalama didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Damien on the 21st.
