Football Recap: Elmwood Park Tigers vs. Ridgewood Rebels
Elmwood Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were dealt a 48-21 defeat at the hands of the Ridgewood Rebels. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-7.
Nicco Camillo had an outrageously good game for Ridgewood as he rushed for 105 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. Those 105 rushing yards gave Camillo a new career-high. Angelo Vitale had a good game as well, finishing with 300 passing yards and two touchdowns in total.
Elmwood Park's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Ridgewood, they moved to 4-5 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.
