Volleyball Recap: Norfolk Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy on Wednesday, Norfolk Christian came back down to earth. The Ambassadors lost 3-0 to the Peninsula Catholic Knights on Thursday. If the Ambassadors were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Knights when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Norfolk Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-18, 25-18.

Leading Peninsula Catholic to victory were Ajah Davidson and Klare Bialkowski. Davidson had seven digs and two aces, while Bialkowski had three digs and two aces.

Norfolk Christian now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Peninsula Catholic, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Norfolk Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Summit Christian Academy on the 29th. As for Peninsula Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy on the 30th.
