Whiteville added to the longest winning streak in 2A/1A Conference 16 this week by beating West Columbus, 41-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
South Columbus took down East Columbus 72-18 last week, the largest margin of any game.
St. Pauls's Malik Livingston and Charles Walters led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-9 quarterback Livingston has thrown for 888 yards this season, while Walters has 21 catches for 390 yards. South Robeson's Andrew Hill leads the league in rushing yards with 866.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Whiteville takes on second place Fairmont.
