Volleyball Recap: St. Anne-Pacelli Wins High-Profile Game Against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences

St. Anne-Pacelli is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences. The Vikings came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0.

Leading St. Anne-Pacelli to victory were Allie Vickery and Anna Do. Vickery had nine digs and four assists, while Do had 13 assists and six digs. That's the most digs Do has posted over her last 12 matches.

Amanda Gardner and Brynne Burkhart certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Gardner had ten digs and seven kills, while Burkhart had 16 assists and four digs.

St. Anne-Pacelli's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

St. Anne-Pacelli wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Coahulla Creek on the 23rd. As for Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences, they will venture away from home to square off against Chattanooga Charter School of Excellence at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
