Rudyard is 9-1 against Newberry since March of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Rudyard Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Newberry Indians at 6:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Rudyard came up short against Ewen-Trout Creek and fell 60-53. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Newberry hadn't done well against St. Ignace recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Newberry walked away with a 43-31 victory over St. Ignace.

Rudyard's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Newberry, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Rudyard came up short against Newberry in their previous meeting back in January, falling 53-42. Can Rudyard avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
