Baseball Recap: Lake George Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake George). Everything went their way against the Whitehall Railroaders on Tuesday as they made off with a 19-9 win. The victory continues a trend for the Lakers in their matchups with the Railroaders: they've now won six in a row.

Lake George's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Whitehall, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
