Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spring Garden). They blew past the Weaver Bearcats 21-3 on Saturday. Considering the Panthers have won six games by more than eight runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Spring Garden is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. Weaver's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-13.

Looking ahead, Spring Garden will be playing in front of their home fans against Pleasant Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Weaver, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Weaver Bearcats face off against Cedar Bluff Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Cedar Bluff will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Weaver surely won't give up without a fight.
