Softball Recap: Lamar County Gets the Win

Lamar County saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Lauderdale County Tigers by a score of 4-1.

Lamar County now has a winning record of 18-17. As for Lauderdale County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-14 record this season.

Lamar County has already played their next contest, a 9-8 loss against Athens Bible on the 19th. Hopefully Lauderdale County paid attention to the Bulldogs' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
