Soccer Recap: Alta Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with East

Alta faced East in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Hawks fell 2-0 to the Leopards. Alta were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the three matches prior), but East's defense proved too tough.

Having lost for the first time this season, Alta fell to 9-1. As for East, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.
