Soccer Game Preview: Greenwood Mennonite vs. West Nottingham

The Greenwood Mennonite Flames will take on the West Nottingham Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Greenwood Mennonite came up short against Calvary Christian Academy and fell 3-1. Greenwood Mennonite have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Blake Mast, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, West Nottingham unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Harford Christian last Thursday, falling 8-4. The contest was a 3-3 toss-up at halftime, but West Nottingham couldn't quite close it out.

Greenwood Mennonite's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for West Nottingham, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
