The home team had won the previous five meetings between San Carlos and Santa Cruz Valley, and San Carlos kept the tradition alive. The Braves came out on top against the Dust Devils by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Braves, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.
