Wells came tearing into Wednesday's contest with 14 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on Non Varsity Tournament Opponent with a sharp 11-4 victory. This was payback for the Leopards, who suffered an 18-14 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Teagan Calton was incredible, going 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cesar Beruman, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
