Cedar Vale/Dexter got themselves on the board against Sedan on Tuesday, but Sedan never followed suit. They blew past the Devils 10-0. Considering the Spartans have won 14 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Gracie Webb made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Webb was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, Cedar Vale/Dexter let Eislee Boatman and Bailey Hedgecock run wild. Boatman went 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run, while Hedgecock went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. That triple was Boatman's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Edee Boatman, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

Cedar Vale/Dexter always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sedan only posted an OBP of .150.

Cedar Vale/Dexter pushed their record up to 18-1 with the win, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average this season. As for Sedan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-16.
