Swansboro extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Southern Lee. They blew past the Southern Lee Cavaliers 67-40. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Swansboro's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jermaine Cunningham led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds. Jonah Holt was another key player, dropping a double-double with 20 points and ten boards.

The win (which was Swansboro's 12th in a row) raised their record to 24-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.5 points over those games. As for Southern Lee, they moved to 23-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Swansboro will be playing at home against Person at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Swansboro is on an eight-game streak of home wins, Person an 11-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Southern Lee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
