Trinity Academy is a perfect 10-0 against Medicine Lodge since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Knights will venture away from home to face off against the Indians at 5:00 p.m. The last three games Trinity Academy has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Trinity Academy is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Cheney just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Trinity Academy sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-19, 22-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Medicine Lodge came tearing into Tuesday's match with 17 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cardinals.

Trinity Academy better keep an eye on Emery Shinliver. She was instrumental in Medicine Lodge's win, getting 12 digs and two aces. Shinliver is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played. Maryn Inslee also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Medicine Lodge's win bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Trinity Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-3.

Trinity Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Medicine Lodge in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, winning 2-0. Do the Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Indians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
