Baseball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 7-4 to the Montello Hilltoppers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hilltoppers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-9 last Tuesday.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Montello, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randolph will take on Fall River at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Montello, they will be playing at home against Cambria-Friesland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
