Baseball Game Preview: Dunbar Tigers vs. Babcock Trailblazers

The Dunbar Tigers will venture away from home to face off against the Babcock Trailblazers at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Dunbar's hitters haven't had much luck over their past five matchups, but Thursday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

It was a proper cat-fight when Dunbar challenged East Lee County on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Jaguars, falling 15-0.

Dunbar saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adolfo Ortega-Castillo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Babcock suffered their closest loss since February 11th on Tuesday. They fell just short of Aubrey Rogers by a score of 3-1.

Dunbar's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Babcock, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
