Basketball Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown lost against Saline back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Georgetown Bulldogs lost 56-31 to the Saline Bobcats. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Georgetown's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Saline, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-14 record.

Georgetown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-17 win against Sicily Island on the 17th. As for Saline, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Saline Bobcats face off against the Calvin Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
