Basketball Recap: Cainsville Takes a Loss

Cainsville lost against North Nodaway back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cainsville Redmen took a hard 59-42 fall against the North Nodaway Mustangs.

Cainsville's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2. As for North Nodaway, they moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cainsville and Union Star will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. North Nodaway will take on North Andrew in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
