Soccer Recap: Seabreeze Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Seabreeze came into Tuesday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged the DeLand Bulldogs out 3-2. For the Sandcrabs, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Seabreeze hit DeLand with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Charlie Triplett, Juan Bernal, and Gavin Dioquino.

Seabreeze's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for DeLand, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seabreeze will square off against University at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for DeLand, they and Deltona will meet in a canine-themed contest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
