Softball Recap: Oxbridge Academy Falls to Coral Springs Charter in First Game of Season

Oxbridge Academy kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Coral Springs Charter Panthers, falling 7-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the ThunderWolves of the 6-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2023.

Oxbridge Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riley Frauntfelter, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Coming up, Oxbridge Academy will welcome Calvary Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Coral Springs Charter, they will venture away from home to square off against Archbishop McCarthy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
