Basketball Recap: Waterloo Christian Piles Up the Points Against North Tama

Waterloo Christian had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They breezed by the North Tama Redhawks to the tune of 45-18 on Monday. The Regents' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Waterloo Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for North Tama, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Waterloo Christian will square off against Baxter at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for North Tama, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 53-21 loss against AGWSR on the 7th.
