Soccer Game Preview: Madison County vs. Mae Jemison

Madison County is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Mae Jemison an eight-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Madison County Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mae Jemison Jaguars at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Madison County fell victim to St. John Paul II and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Madison County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 147th, while St. John Paul II are ranked 18th).

Meanwhile, Mae Jemison also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 10-0 to Lee on Tuesday.

Mae Jemison's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Madison County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
