Football Recap: Cusick Starts Season with Loss at Home

Cusick unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats and fell 70-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Cusick wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 60-14 loss against Curlew on the 12th. As for Wilbur-Creston-Keller, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 66-32 win against Oroville on the 12th.
