Bismarck falls despite strong effort from Sven Wilson

The Bismarck Indians struggled with offensive rebounds on Friday (the Arcadia Valley Tigers had seven more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Bismarck received a tough blow as they fell 68-50 to the Tigers. Bismarck has not had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Bismarck lost, one person who can't be blamed is Sven Wilson. Despite the final result, he scored 24 points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jesse Mack, who scored six points along with six rebounds.

It was another big night for Gavan Douglas, who scored 24 points for Arcadia Valley. Atreyu Mccallister was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Bismarck's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Arcadia Valley, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bismarck will take on the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Arcadia Valley, they will head out on the road to challenge the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Missouri (West County is ranked 294th, while the Tigers are ranked 283rd).
