Softball Recap: North Brunswick Comes Up Short

North Brunswick and Western Alamance squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but North Brunswick had to settle for second. They lost 13-3 to the Warriors.

North Brunswick saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avia Dlouhy, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

North Brunswick has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season. As for Western Alamance, their record now sits at 12-10.

North Brunswick does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Western Alamance, they will challenge Scotland on Friday. The Fighting Scots will roll in looking for their 23rd straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
