Baseball Recap: Penn Takes a Loss

Penn lost to New Prairie on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Kingsmen fell 6-3 to the Cougars. The Kingsmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Penn's loss dropped their record down to 18-6. As for New Prairie, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Penn will head out on the road to face off against South Bend Saint Joseph at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Prairie, they will welcome Kouts at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cougars 2.7, the Mustangs & Fillies 2.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
