Fannin County proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by five) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Coosa Eagles. The Rebels haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Fannin County pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three matchups. As for Coosa, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coming up, Fannin County will face off against Gordon Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coosa, they will challenge Chattooga at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Coosa is facing Chattooga at the right time seeing as Chattooga is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
