Soccer Recap: West Plains Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Logan-Rogersville, West Plains was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the St. James Tigers. The high-scoring effort was just what West Plains needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

West Plains' win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for St. James, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, West Plains will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Blue Springs at 7:00 p.m. As for St. James, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Gateway Legacy Christian Academy on the 8th.
