St. John's Jesuit had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Anthony Wayne Generals on Friday, sneaking past 2-1. St. John's Jesuit haven't had any issues with Anthony Wayne recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Josh Kegerreis and Chantz Gomez scored both of St. John's Jesuit's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Looking ahead, St. John's Jesuit will take on Brother Rice at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Anthony Wayne, they will head out to face off against St. Francis de Sales at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
